ORDER
By consent of learned counsel on both sides, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. 2.The present writ petition is filed praying for a writ of mandamus to direct the respondents to consider petitioner's representation dated 24.06.2024 to include the name of petitioner's father viz., Kenjappa in "A" Register in respect of land comprised in S.No.542/3, measuring an extent of 1.04.5 hectare situated at Moranapalli Village, Hosur Taluk, Krishnagiri District, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. 3.It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner submitted a representation to 1st respondent on 24.06.2024 seeking inclusion of petitioner's father name in "A" register. However, the said representation has not been considered by the respondents till date. Aggrieved by the same, petitioner has come before this Court. 2/6
4.At the outset, it is submitted by learned Additional Government Pleader for respondents that representation dated 24.06.2024 made by petitioner would be considered and appropriate orders would be passed within a time frame to be fixed by this Court, which was agreed to by the learned counsel for petitioner.
5.In view thereof, considering facts and circumstances of the case and the limited relief sought for in this Writ Petition, there shall be a direction to respondents to consider the representation dated 24.06.2024 on its own merits and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, after affording reasonable opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and any other interested party/rival claimants, if any, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any views with regard to the merits of the representation and it is open to the concerned respondent to consider the representation on its own merits and in accordance with law. 3/6
