ORDER
The writ petition is filed for the issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the respondent to implement the Special Reservation meant for the persons with disability in terms of the G.O.(Ms) No. 68 School Education [SE3 (1)] Department dated 17.04.2017 and G.O.Ms. No.21 Welfare of Differently Abled Persons (DAP-3.2) Department dated 30.05.2017 for the selection to the post of Physical Education teachers and consequently consider the petitioner's claim for appointment to the said post.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the prayer sought for in the writ petition has become infructous.
3. Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
