ORDER

This writ petition has been filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 21.03.2019 sent to him to grant the patta in the petitioner's name in respect of the land situate in Tiruttani Taluk, Gollakuppam Village, Ponpadi Post Panchayat accounts, comprised in S.No.63/2 - 3.25, S.No.63/36.90, in all 1015/4-2.53, S.No.63/3-1.72, S.No.63/2-0.81, in all 2.53 granted as per ASSIGNMENT DKT patta in July 1995 at the earliest.

2. Considering the limited relief sought for in the petition, without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the third respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 21.03.2019, after issuance of notice to the petitioner and counter parties, if any and after giving opportunity of hearing to them, pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
