There is no representation on the side of the petitioners. The learned counsel for the respondent submits that the matter has now 1/3

become infructuous, since the respondent has already taken possession of the property from the petitioner. Even in the last hearing date i.e., on 9.8.2019, the same submission was made by the learned counsel for the respondent and recorded by this Court. It can now be inferred that the petitioner is not interested to prosecute the revision petition. Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed for non prosecution. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
