JUDGMENT
Both side Counsel present. The learned counsel for the appellant has filed a Memo stating that the Trustee of the appellant's temple Dhanapal died on 02.08.2011 and the sole respondent died on 28.12.2011. Eventhough, both the parties died seven years ago. So far, steps not taken to bring the Legal Representatives. Hence, the Second Appeal is dismissed as abated. No costs.
