***** The learned counsel for the applicant submits that the matter has been settled out of Court and has made an endorsement to that effect in the Court bundle.
2. The learned Advocate Commissioner would submit that in terms of the directions issued by this Court, he had repossessed the vehicle and handed over custody of the same to the applicant.
3. It is brought to the notice of this Court by the learned counsel for the applicant that subsequent to the repossession, the respondent has approached the applicant for a settlement and the parties have arrived at an amicable settlement.

4. The Advocate Commissioner seeks for an additional remuneration of Rs.25,000/-. The vehicle was seized from Kerala. The Advocate Commissioner was initially paid a remuneration of Rs.15,000/-. This Court deems it fit to award an additional remuneration of Rs.15,000/- to the advocate commissioner instead of Rs.25,000/- claimed by him.
5. Accordingly, this application is dismissed as settled out of Court. This Court directs the applicant to pay the Advocate Commissioner an additional remuneration of Rs.15,000/- within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
