This application has been filed to grant leave to bid in the auction of suit schedule item No.1 property as a co-sharers in the auction sale of the schedule mentioned property, morefully described hereunder in order to purchase the 1⁄2 share of the said property belonging to the respondents/ defendants in the above captioned suit.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the applicant.

Considering the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of this application and being satisfied with the same, the application is ordered as prayed for and the delay is condoned.
