ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for a direction to the 1st respondent to issue No Objection Certificate to the petitioner to run a Spa in the aforesaid property.

2. Mr.P.Sathish, learned Special Government Pleader takes notice on behalf of the Respondents 1 & 2.

It is the case of the petitioner that she entered into a rental agreement dated 01.06.2023 to set up a spa and cross massage parlour under the name and style of M/s.Golden Studio Saloon and SPA at the rented premises. In order to get the "No Objection Certificate" for running a Spa, the petitioner made a representation dated 17.06.2023 before the respondent police. However, till date, no action has been taken on the said representation. Hence, the petitioner is before this Court.

Though very many grounds have been raised, however, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it would suffice if this Court issues a direction to the Respondents to consider the representation dated 17.06.2023 made by the petitioner seeking to issuance of 'No Objection Certificate' for running a Spa and pass orders on merits within the time that may be stipulated by this Court.

5. Learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents has no objection to the said order being passed.

6. In view of the limited relief sought for by the petitioner, this Court without going into the merits of the case, directs the 1st respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 17.06.2023 seeking issuance of 'No Objection Certificate' for running a Spa and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date receipt of a copy of this order, after affording an opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioner as well as to the aggrieved parties, if any.
