(Made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) We have heard Mr.T.Ramachandran, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr.D.B.R.Prabhu, learned counsel for respondents 1 to 4 and Mrs.Kannammai, learned counsel for respondents 5 and 6.

2. Status report is filed by the fourth respondent. As per the status report, compound wall put up by respondents 5 and 6 is not an encroachment on the public road, as alleged by the petitioner.
