This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to amend the Sections as U/s 296(b), 118(1), 191(2), 126(2), 115(2), 351(3) of BNS Act and Section 4 of TNPWH Act, 2002 instead of Sections 296(b), 118(1), 115(2) of BNS Act 2023 and correct the petitioners ranking of Accused 3 instead of Accused 5, ranking of Accused 4 instead of Accused 3 in Crl.O.P.No.9914 of 2026 dated 21.04.2026.
