This petition is filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order dated 18.05.2023 in Crl.O.P.No.11678 of 2023 to "deposit the original title deeds of an immovable property not less than the value of Rs.1,00,000/- to the credit of Cr.No.5 of 2023, without prejudice to his rights and contentions, before the Trial Court and on such deposit, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on his executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties, out of which, one surety should be a blood related surety instead of Government surety. All other conditions shall remain unaltered".

Considering the submission made by either side, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- with two blood sureties, for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned XVI Metropolitan Magistrate, George Town,Chennai.
