This petition is filed to accept the cause title in the above second appeal.

2.It is stated that the Power Agent suffered from paralytic stroke and he is not in a position to conduct the case. Therefore, the appellant cancelled the Power given in favour of P.Rathinam and the cancellation was also duly intimated through Registered letter dated 21.07.2022. In view of the above, the appellant wants to conduct the case himself.

3.Being satisfied with the reasons stated the petition is allowed.
