O R D E R

This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondent for non compliance of the order dated 20.08.2024 passed by this Court in W.P.No.23808 of 2024, thereby directing the first respondent herein to return the fixed deposit amount to the petitioners as per their claim proportionately with the available funds of Rs.30,00,000/-, within a period of six weeks.

The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the order dated 20.08.2024 passed by this Court in W.P.No.23808 of 2024 has been duly complied with. He also produced a copy of the compliance report submitted by the first respondent before this Court.

Recording the said submission, this Contempt Petition is closed.
