Prayer : Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India to issue a writ of Mandamus directing the 1st respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 07.09.2021 in accordance with law by HOLDING an enquiry into the fraud committed in City Union Bank, Vilanthai Branch, Ariyalur District against the petitioners Loan Accounts to secure the ends of justice.

ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for direction directing the first respondent to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 07.09.2021 seeking action as against the respondents 3 and 4 for fraud committed by them.

2. However, after lapse of three years, the representation submitted by the petitioner cannot be considered now. That apart, without knowing the present status, this court cannot direct the 1st respondent to conduct enquiry.

3. Therefore, the petitioner is at liberty to submit fresh representation within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. On receipt of the same, the respondents 1 and 2 are directed to enquire the same and dispose the same on merits in accordance with law.
