By consent of both sides, this Writ Petition is disposed of at the stage of admission itself.

This Writ Petition is filed to direct the first respondent to dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioners dated 12.02.2024. 3.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents and perused the materials available on record.

It is the grievance of the petitioners that the appeal has been filed before the first respondent as against the order of the second respondent. However, the same has not been considered. Hence, they seek a direction.

Mr.A.Selvendran, learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents submitted that the appeal will be considered by the first respondent in a reasonable time.

Considering the limited nature of the relief sought for in the present Writ Petition, there shall be a direction to the first respondent to dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioners dated 12.02.2024 and pass appropriate orders, on its own merits and in accordance with law, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 7.

With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
