This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to exempt the petitioner from surrendering before the lower court in pursuant to the Judgment passed in Crl.Appeal.No.39 of 2023 by the I - Additional District and Sessions Judge, Tiruvallur dated 29.04.2025, confirming the conviction and sentence ordered in STC.No.62 of 2022 dated 01.02.2023 on the file of Fast Track Court

Magisterial Level, Tiruvallur.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that pursuant to the order of conviction passed by the trial Court and confirmed by the appellate Court, the petitioner was arrested and remanded to judicial custody.

4. In view of the above submission, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
