ORDER

The petitioners seek for issuance of a writ of mandamus, directing the respondent-Regional Transport Officer, Salem-West to receive the application(s) of the petitioners dated 06.06.2018 / 08.06.2018, in Form CCPA and the prescribed fee for the grant of a Autorickshaw Permit to operate the vehicle within a radius of 30 K.M., distance from Old Bus Stand, Salem and to consider the same and to pass orders in accordance with law.
