PRAYER: This criminal miscellaneous petition has been filed under Section 528 of BNSS Act, to modify the order dated 12.09.2023 in Crl.O.P.No.25629 of 2023.

ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking modification of the conditions imposed in para 7(a) of the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.25629 of 2024 dated 21.10.2024 that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30.a.m., for period of 30 days and thereafter as and when required for interrogation.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that she is the sister-in-law of A1 & A2 and she has nothing to do with the transaction between A1 &A2 and others and further, petitioner hails from the State of Bengaluru and therefore, he is unable to comply with the condition imposed and hence seeks modification.

3. This Court finds no merits in the petition seeking modification of the said condition and therefore, this Court is not inclined to modify the condition. Hence, the petitioner is directed to comply the condition for period of two weeks without fail. In any event of non-compliance of the Page No.2 of 4

conditions, the bail granted shall stand automatically canceled.

4. With the above directions, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is modified.
