This petition is filed to permit the petitioner to implead the defacto complainant namely Nirmaladevi as the 2nd respondent in Criminal Original Petition bearing Crl.O.P.No.25729 of 2022.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner filed Criminal M.P.No.1116 of 2016 in C.C.No.348 of 2013 to discharge the petitioner from the case and that was dismissed. Against the said order, the petitioner preferred Criminal Revision Petition in Criminal M.P.No.3 of 2020 on the file of the learned Principal District Judge, Namakkal and the same was also dismissed. Against this dismissal order, this petition is filed. He further submitted that the defacto complainant namely Nirmaladevi is a proper and necessary party for the effective adjudication of this case.

3. In such view of the matter, this Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.

4. Registry is directed to make appropriate amendment and list the matter for hearing after three weeks.
