PRAYER in CRP (PD) No.4817 of 2014: Civil Revision Petition filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India to set aside the Fair and Decreetal order dated 20.03.2014 made in I.A.No.29 of 2014 in OS No.131 of 2010 on the file of District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate Court, Vanur. For Petitioner : No appearance in both CRPs.

For Respondent : No appearance in both CRPs.

C O M M O N O R D E R On 15.10.2019, when the Civil Revision Petition Nos.4816 & 4817 of 2014 came up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner was present and made submission that the petitioner is no more. Further, 1/3

he has reported no instructions from the legal heirs of the petitioner. Therefore, after recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court directed the Registry to list the matter today i.e. 18.10.2019, under the caption, 'for dismissal', after printing the name of the petitioner in the cause list.

2. Today, when the matter came up for hearing, though, the same was posted under the caption 'for dismissal' and the name of the petitioner appears in the cause list, neither the petitioner nor his counsel, is present before this Court. Hence, both the Civil Revision Petitions are dismissed for non-prosecution. No Costs. Consequently, the connected Civil Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
