4, VILANKURICHI ROAD, VINOBAJI PEELAMEDU, COIMBATORE - 641 004 Petitions praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the respective affidavits filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to (i)To grant Interim Stay staying the Examination, proposed to be held on 14.08.2016, for selection for appointment to the post of Assistant Engineer, by direct recruitment, against 100 vacancies, in Tamil Nadu Water Supply and Drainage Board, in pursuance of the Advertisement dated 16.10.2015 or other order or direction, or grant any other relief, as this Honble Court may deem fit in the circumstances, of the case, till the (in WMP.
(ii)to issue an ad-interim direction the respondents to consider the petitioner for promotion/transfer as Assistant Engineer in the fourth respondent office, along with the candidates considered for direct recruitment in terms of the Notification dated 16.10.2015 or any other order or direction, till the (in MP.1/15) disposal of this Writ Petition.37168/2015 Order : These petitions coming on for orders upon perusing the petitions and the respective affidavits filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.P.ULAGANATHAN, Advocate for the petitioner in both the petitions and of M/s.S.THAMIZHARASI, Advocate on behalf of the Respondents in both the petitions the court made the following order:- At the time of admission, this Court has not granted any interim order and now, after this length of time, the interim relief sought for need not be granted and all the contentions raised in this regard shall be adjudicated at the time of final hearing of the writ petition.
2. Thus, the M.P. stands dismissed.
