This petition has been filed seeking to quash the FIR in Crime No.568 of 2020, pending on the file of the 1st respondent. 2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that the closure report has been filed before the XXIII Metropolitan Magistrate Court, Saidapet "as mistake of fact" 3.In view of the above development, no further orders are required to be passed in this petition and the same is disposed of accordingly. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
