ORDER

This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondents for non compliance of the order dated 24.01.2024 passed by this Court in W.P.No.1443 of 2024, thereby directing the fourth respondent to consider the revision, after giving an opportunity to the petitioner and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks.

The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the fourth respondent submitted that as directed by this Court, the fourth respondent considered the revision filed by the petitioner and passed order on 16.08.2024. He also produced a copy of the order dated 16.08.2024 before this Court.

Recording the above submissions, this Contempt Petition is closed.
