Today when the contempt petition is taken up for hearing, Mr.T.C.Harinath, learned Standing Counsel, who takes notice for the respondent, has stated that, the order of this Court dated 02.08.2023 passed in W.P.No.22693 of 2023 has been complied with. In support of his contention, he has produced a copy of the order passed by the second respondent, i.e., the Commissioner, Jayankondam Municipality, Ariyalur District in Na.Ka.No.2257/2023/H1, dated 29.02.2024.
