ORDER
The petitioner / Accused, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 314, 318(4), 335 and 336 of BNS Act, 2023 in Crime.No.not known of 2025, seeks anticipatory bail.
2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on instructions submitted that a petition enquiry is pending and an FIR has not been registered.
3. In view of the same, the respondent shall conduct and conclude the enquiry within a period of three weeks from today. If the petitioners' appearance is required, the respondent shall issue a notice under Section 35 of BNSS, 2023 and on such notice, the petitioners shall appear before the respondent. Till the conclusion of the enquiry, the respondent police shall not arrest the petitioners.
