Captioned 'writ miscellaneous petition' [hereinafter 'WMP' for the sake of brevity] has been filed seeking to implead 'The Director, Town and Country Planning, DTCP, CMDA Office Complex, E & C, Market Road, Srinivasa Nagar, Virugambakkam, Koyambedu, Chennai 600 107' as R5 in the captioned main 'writ petition' [hereinafter 'WP' for the sake of brevity]. 2.

Ms. R. Sripriya, learned counsel on record for WMP petitioner is before us.

Issue notice to respondents.

Mr. T.K. Saravanan, learned Additional Government Pleader, accepts notice for all the five respondents and does not oppose impleadment of proposed respondent as R5 in the captioned main WP.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and innocuous nature of the prayer, captioned WMP for impleadment stands ordered as prayed for.
