] This petition is filed to restore the appeal in A.S.No.790 of 2012 which was dismissed for default on 01.11.2016 for non-payment of Pleading bill.

2.This Court is satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition. Earlier, this Court has condoned the delay in filing this petition. Despite the name of the counsel for the 1st respondent being printed in the cause list, there is no representation on behalf of the respondents to oppose this petition. 3.Hence, this petition is ordered. The petitioner/appellant is given two weeks' time from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, to pay the Pleading bill.
