2. Learned counsel for the respondents submitted that they have no objection in allowing this petition, however, seeks to be heard along with the main Revision Petition, during final hearing.
Post the main Civil Revision Petition, for final hearing, immediately after vacation. In the meantime, Registry is directed to call for the records in W.O.P.
No.53/1999 on the file of the Principal Sub Judge, Namakkal District.
