3.Taking all the factors into consideration and since the presence of the proposed respondents are required to examine the issues raised in the Writ Petition, this Writ Miscellaneous Petition stands allowed. 4.The Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the cause title to the writ petition and bring on record the proposed respondents as respondents 3 to 6.
