2024-07-19Honourable Mr Justice S.M. Subramaniam2 pages

WMP No.19855 of 2024 WMP No.19855 of 2024 in WP No.29686 of 2023 S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.

The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the observations made in paragraph-1 of the order in WP No.29686 of 2023 dated 25.04.2024 "one Mr.Goutamchand Srisrimal was elected as the President of the Association" may not be required in view of the fact that the said submission made on behalf of the impleading petition in that writ petition. Since the submissions are recorded, the said sentence cannot be construed as if this Court upheld the election of one Mr.Goutamchand Srisrimal or any other person. Since it is only an observation, the election of Office Bearers is no way connected with the abovesaid observations.

2. Accordingly, paragraph-1 of the order in WP No.29686 of 2023 dated 25.04.2024 stands clarified and the present miscellaneous petition stands disposed of.
