When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the Petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition. An Endorsement to the said effect was also made by the learned counsel for the petitioner in the Petition today.

2. In view of the above, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands dismissed as withdrawn.

3. Time is extended by a further period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, enabling the petitioner to comply with the order of this Court dated 24.04.2024 made in the above revision.
