O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to consider the representation made by the petitioner on 28.09.2020, wherein the petitioner has offered to exchange his lands to enable the petitioner to start the Industry by making use of certain lands belonging to the Government.

2. Heard Mr.R.Bharathkumar, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.Balamurugan, learned Special Government Pleader, for the respondents.

3. Taking into consideration, the facts and circumstances of the case and the limited relief sought for by the petitioner, the first respondent is hereby directed to consider the representation dated 28.09.2020 on merits and in accordance with law and pass appropriate orders within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The petitioner is directed to submit a fresh representation to the first respondent along with all the relevant documents and also a copy of this order.

4. This writ petition stands disposed of with the above directions. No costs.
