This petition has been filed to set aside the dismissal order dated 06.07.2018 passed by this Court in CRP (NPD) No.122 of 2013 and restore the same.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

3. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed and accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is restored

4. Registry is directed to post the main Civil Revision Petition on 30.01.2023.
