This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 331 days in filing the above petition to set aside the dismissal order dated 06.07.2018 passed by this Court in CRP (NPD) No.122 of 2013 and restore the same.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the Civil Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
