This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed praying to relax condition imposed in the para 8(b) of the order dated 08.04.2025 in Crl.O.P.No.10157 of 2025 passed by this Court.

2. The learned Government Advocate (crl.side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner is complying with the aforementioned condition regularly.

3. Considering the above submission, the aforementioned condition imposed against the petitioner is totally relaxed and this petition is allowed.
