This petition has been filed to cancel the anticipatory bail granted to the 2nd respondent by this Court in Crl.O.P. No.24197 of 2021 dated 14.12.2021 in Crime No.2912 of 2021, pending investigation on the file of 1st respondent police.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the 2nd respondent has not deposited the amount of Rs.3,00,000/- as directed by this Court and also not complying the other conditions imposed on him by this Court. He would further submit that he attempted to tamper the evidence. Hence, he prayed to cancel the anticipatory bail granted to the 2nd respondent.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for 1st respondent also admits that so far, the 1st respondent has not complied the conditions imposed by this Court.

Considering the above facts and circumstances, and also considering the fact that the 2nd respondent having obtained the order of anticipatory bail with the conditions, he failed to comply the same also amount to non-cooperation to the investigation and on considering the reasons stated in the above petition, this Court is inclined to cancel the anticipatory bail granted to the 2nd respondent and the 1st respondent police is directed to take action as per manner known to law against the 2nd respondent. Accordingly, this petition stands allowed. 17.08.2022 rpp 2/3
