Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of the first respondent and quashing the impugned order in proceedings No.ADM.3/A.3/PR.No.0259/2007 dated 28.06.2007 as the same in unconstitutional ultra vires and illegal and further direct the respondents 1 and 2 to forthwith release the DCRG amount of Rs.1,80,000/- to the petitioner.

O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed to call for the records of the first respondent and to quash the impugned order in proceedings No.ADM.3/A.3/PR.No.0259/2007 dated 28.06.2007 as the same in unconstitutional ultra vires and illegal and further direct the respondents 1 and 2 to forthwith release the DCRG amount of Rs.1,80,000/- to the petitioner.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner has paid the amount due to the third respondent. It has been acknowledged by the third respondent on 13.08.2018. The petitioner has filed the receipt of the copy and no due certificate issued by the third respondent.

3.In view of the same, this Writ Petition is allowed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
