Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the entire records of the order passed by the 2nd respondent issued in Rc.E2/4900/2013 dated 26.11.2013, quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to reinstate the petitioner into service with all consequential benefits. ORDER

The order of suspension dated 26.11.2013 is put under challenge in the present writ petition.

2. The learned counsel for the respondents submitted that the impugned suspension order was revoked on 25.06.2014 and the petitioner was reinstated back and is now continuing in service.

3. In view of the revocation of suspension order, no effective orders can be passed in the present writ petition. However, if the subsistence allowance for the period of suspension has not been paid, the petitioner is hereby granted https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

liberty to claim the subsistence allowance, if not already paid.
