The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the relief sought for in the Civil Revision Petition has become infructuous for the reason that the petitioner/tenant has already vacated the premises and the learned counsel has also made an endorsement to that effect. 2.In view of the same, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
