ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) After the petition was heard for some time, without going into merits of the matter, petitioner, who is an advocate and party-in-person, states that he will write to the Registry informing to change the name of the firm from "Colonel Ganesan Associates", which is not acceptable by the Registry, to "Colonel and Ganesan Associates". In our view, this will not be a breach of sub-paragraph 5 of paragraph 25 of the order dated 25.06.2024 passed in W.P.No.9111 of 2024 [M.B.Sujith v. The Secretary, Bar Council of Tamil Nadu and Puducherry, Chennai-600 104 and others].

2. Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, interim application is closed.
