This petition is filed to condone the delay of 46 days in preferring the above Criminal Revision.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Govt. Advocate (crl.side) appearing for the respondent, who has no objection to allow this petition.

3. Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and no objection expressed on behalf of the learned counsel for the respondent, the delay of 46 days in filing the Criminal Revision Case is condoned and the petition is ordered.
