3. Having satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the miscellaneous petition is allowed and the delay of 20 days in preferring the above appeal is condoned.
4. Registry is directed to print the name of Mr.M.Jeevanandam, learned counsel for the respondent in the cause list.
5. Registry is also directed to number the main Civil Miscellaneous Appeal, if it is otherwise in order and list the same for admission in due course.
