C.M.P.No.13683 of 2023 in C.M.A.SR.No.80893 of 2023 N.MALA.J., This Petition has been filed to dispense with the production of the certified copy of the order passed by the Learned Sole Arbitrator Shri.K.Kumaran, Advocate Chennai in MP.No.1 of 2022 in A.C.P.(CNICA DFL) No.13886/6 of 2022 dated 04.04.2023.

2. I have gone through the affidavit filed in support of the petition and I am satisfied with the reasons stated therein, therefore the petition is ordered on condition that the certified copy of the order shall be filed as undertaken by the petitioner in the affidavit as and when it is made available.

Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
