This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 25 days in filing the Miscellaneous Petition in W.P. No.27382 of 2013 for restoration of the main W.P., which was dismissed on 14.09.2020.

2. Heard Mr.R.Thiagarajan, learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. This Court being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 25 days in filing the Miscellaneous Petition in W.P. No.27382 of 2013 for restoration of the main W.P. is condoned. Accordingly, this petition is allowed.
