(Order of the Court was made by C.V.Karthikeyan, J.) This Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 73 days in filing the above Appeal against the order dated 19.05.2016 in I.D.O.P.No.58 of 2014.

2. Mr.K.Goviganesan, learned counsel who is already on record for the respondent in CMA.No.2318 of 2019, entered appearance for the respondent in the present Petition also.

3. The reason stated in the affidavit filed in support of this Petition is that the parents of the petitioner are old and she had to look after them. Hence, there was a delay in giving instructions to her counsel.

4. Heard the submissions of the learned counsel for the respondent.

5. Taking note of all the factors, the delay is condoned. Accordingly, this Petition is ordered.
