This petition has been filed for direction directing the respondents not to harass the petitioners.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that the respondent police harassed the petitioners under the guise of enquiry.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondents submitted that there is no petition or enquiry is pending as against the petitioners herein.

4. Recording the above said submission, this Criminal Original Petition stands closed. It is made clear that, since the complaint has been closed, the respondent shall not call the petitioners under the guise of enquiry and harass him.
