The Original Application No.3664 of 2001 was filed before the Tamil Nadu Administrative Tribunal praying to call for the records pertaining to the order bearing R.O.C.No.A5.1417/2000 dated 27.3.2001 of the respondent herein and quash the same with all consequential benefits viz. Arrears of pay service benefits etc. The same was transferred to the file of this Court and renumbered as W.P.No.2323 of 2007.
