Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorari, calling for the records relating to the impugned additional levy notice dated 27.11.2015 issued by the fourth respondent quash the same and consequently direct the respondent to restore service connection in Service Connection No.066-020 -114/111B to the petitioner's Factory at No.Door No.1/197, Rajeshwari Layout, Sitco 6th Phase, Sipcot Hosur.

The learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents made a submission that during the pendency of the present writ petition, the Electricity Service Connection was restored to the petitioner. Thus, the cause aroused for filing the present writ petition did not exist as of now.

2. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of as infructuous. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
