The Civil Revision Petition has been preferred against the order dated 06.06.2014 passed in C.M.A.No.15 of 2013 by the learned Subordinate Judge, Sangagiri.

2. On 06.09.2019, when the Civil Revision Petition is came up for hearing, there was no representation on the side of the petitioner. Hence, this Court directed the registry to list this Civil Revision Petition today, under the caption for dismissal.

3. Today (12.09.2019) when the Civil Revision petition is came up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents made a submission that the Suit pertains to this Civil Revision petition has already been disposed of on 10.09.2018 itself. The submission made by the learned counsel is recorded.

4. In view of the above fact, the relief sought for in the Civil Revision Petition became infructuous. Accordingly, this Civil Revision petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
