ORDER

The writ petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking for quashing the proceedings in Na.Ka.No.M.M.9665/2017/B3, dated 08.01.2018 on the file of the 3rd respondent/Tahsildar. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. Now, almost two years have been lapsed and hence, due to the lapse of period, the prayer sought for by the petitioner cannot be considered now. However, the petitioner is at liberty to file a fresh petition, on fresh cause of action, if so advised.

With the above observations, this Writ Petition stands dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
